Historic Renovation
This late 1800’s country house was well-loved for many years. Our clients had a passion for Victorian architecture and experience renovating old homes, making them the perfect buyer to breathe life into this home. We kept the original forms and layered on the trim and colors. It was a joy to see this “Painted Lady” come to life! For this renovation were rewarded with the Alan F. Bombick Award for Excellence in Design by the Village of Arlington Heights.
